Having Problems with links

Maybe a read permission would fix it?

I'm having the same problem. The link in the original post here works for me and so do the others that are posted here. However, within the forum I often have problems opening links to photos that people have taken themselves (Photobucket?). No problem following links to other websites, like Island Pets, etc.

Edited to add: Here's the error message that I get:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/redirect-to/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
