Hiding or Ignoring Thread Options

BCA Mod crews,

Wondering if this new interface will allow settings or user options that will enable us to completely hide or place certain threads on an ignore list. I'd like to customize the way I view threads and posts. I'm just a self-centered BCA hobbyist who likes to help others but finding it increasingly irritated by certain threads especially 4 threads open for the same problem.

My apologies if I'm coming upon this in a blunt and jerkass manner, but placing certain users on my ignore list is just not enough.
