How do I close my own classified thread again?

Sorry guys, I've done this before but somehow I can't find how it's done any more. I'm trying to close my own thread about Apisto Agassizi in the livestock classifieds. I thought the option to close the thread was under "Thread tools" but I don't see it there. Is it me?

It is supposed to be under thread tools, but I've noticed this problem in the past for me too.
