Login problem

Wonder if it's just me. I have problem logging in.

After I sign in, I can see my user name listed on the Active Users list at the bottom of the first screen; but the system still prompts me to enter my user name & password. I have no access to reading the classifieds.

It takes 2-3 times of logging in to have a proper sign-in. How do you fix this?

hmm, interesting problem.

I would suggestion trying to clear your browser cache and history, 90% of these issues are related to that.

Try a different browser as well to see if that makes a difference and if it does, then you know for sure it's related to your previous browser.

Shawn, thanks for your quick response. I cleared all the cookies, caches and history as you said.

I tried both browsers at home and the office. Still required multiple times of logging in and out before my user name appeared on top. This actually happened since a week ago.

I guess I have to live with it.

try the suggestions here next:

Also if you have access to another computer, try it and see if it does the same thing.
If it was a problem with the site, it would be happening to every user, that's why i'm sure it's only a problem on your end.
