with some help and advice we made some changes to the server to see if it would help the notification and pm's being sent, change might take up to 48 hours but if you guys start getting them please let me know

Yes this seems to work! I just got a whole bunch of e-mails for all the PMs and subscribed thread notifications of the last few days. Thanks!

Glad to see it's working now.
the problem was a Mx record that was not updated. Basically hostbeaver is running on 2 servers... and BCA is on the second server but we did not update the mailserver record to point to the first server... Blah... glad it's working now regardless.. was a learning experience.
