Shout box

We need a shout box added, so quick messages can be posted to all..... like a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Greeting , and at all times to give a heads up we're in chat. If possible , a shout box could be limited to only 3 or 4 lines so just the latest shouts would show and not have it take place of the chat and detract from the main forum threads.
