Thread Prefix Manager

Does this version of Vbulletin have a thread prefix manager?

if so you could use it in the classifieds to color code the Wanted/FS to make it much cleaner looking.

Yes it does, just looked it up.

Little confusing on how to exactly use it, but i have been thinking about doing this for a long time and with this i will finally use it. thanks for the suggestion
