The surplus section of Princess Auto is a good place to browse for power bars and timers. I've seen digital timer bars for around $12 and Monster Surge power bars for around $10. I think I picked up a Monster DVI cable for around $10 when it was over $100 at Future Shop.

That's a great price too Gordon. The problem is that for home office use, and even for lots of tank stuff now, everything has a transformer, so I need the wide spaced outlets.

I don't shop there much any more. Just not sure what to expect. Regular prices always too high. That's why they can afford those 70-80% off sales

Princess Auto does have a lot of different types though if you are ever by this end of town Nice it is 5 minutes from me. Can always find some decent quality ones at decent prices.

Yeah, it's a bit out of the way for me. I like to go to Summit Tools or KMS as both are closer to me.
