Best aquarium store for boxing day?

I want to get some planted tank substrate and some odds and ends (filter/heater) to outfit a pair of 20 long tanks.

Which store would be the best for such things on boxing day?

I think you will find most LFS will be having Boxing day sales with the items that you need. Try and support BCA sponsors if possible.

The only planted tank substrates they have are flora base, onyx and flourite.

Canadian Aquatics shows a full line of ADA on their web. Roger's your best bet for tanks besides KE. I would call today to make sure they have the tanks first. Unlikely much discount on tanks though.

It really depends on the plant species you want to grow. Crypts prefer less acidic substrate, so Flourite Black and Onyx Sand would work well. I grow acid loving species so I prefer ADA Amazonia, BUT Florabase also works well. Not sure but J&L MAY carry the stratum too.

Hmm, actually that does seem nice :-)

Your closest store has Eco complete and it has glass diffusers, 30 percent off.
Also the substrate from fluval for plants.
