Aquariums West on Beatty and Robson, first building north of Terry Fox Plaza and you can occasionally find the odd good buy at Pet Habitat in Tinseltown

How's aquariums west in terms of pricing and quality of fish and plants?

I always go to AW for my plants. They get them from Tropica and possibly other suppliers. They also list what they get each week (fish and plants) on their website which is helpful. All my plants have been very healthy. Nice variety too.

It's slightly pricier than other locations because of their location, but they have a deal where if you buy 3 more you get a certain percentage off. I think it's 15%. I know it applies to plants and fish, but not sure about other things.

The fish tanks are well maintained and clean. The fish I have gotten from them have been healthy with the exception of one fish that didn't make it pass the night, but they promptly replaced it because the fish was weak to begin with. Every situation is different. Great customer service and always helpful.

Yes. Saw April's discus at AW the other day. They look very healthy and happy indeed.
