It's just a site to download the tapatalk app for free for the limited time. I'm on the xda developers forum so found this out a few weeks ago. Getjar is a third party website for android apps.

i love the app, although it doesn't let you use the site plugins, it really allows you to make use of downtime (ie transit) when you dont feel like playing games. I hate using forums now on my phone if they dont have tapatalk enabled

Tried it for iPhone, doesn't work unfortunately. It just directs me to app store where it is 2.99
