I was going to head over to get a "spare" but hesitated just because its Petsmart. I know that I can rely on being treated proplerly if I bought one at J&L and had a problem but had the nightmare image of trying to explain to a minimum wage employee at Pet Smart why the brand new FX 5 I bought might not be working properly and why they should take it back or exchange
