Someone needs to rescue this poor CL Piranah

Please someone contact the person who is totally clueless as to the requirements for keeping a piranah. Judging by the pic it's in a 5 or 10G tank! I don't care if they say it's "temporary" it's just not right!

OMG. That is so sad! That poor fish. Please somebody rescue this guy! I'd take him in but I don't have anywhere to put him on even a temporary basis.

He looks pretty healthy for being in such a tiny tank, but he needs OUT of there if that idiot who posted the CL ad still has him.
