    Default SP: Rock for cheap

$2/lbs at the LFS for random rocks for your aquarium?

There is a Landscaping Supply company on Byrne Rd. @ Marine Way in Burnaby that has a ton of different rock for crazy cheap like $0.24/lbs.

It's quite close to my too. I guss I pass it everyday on my way to Marine Dr. Thanks for the info!

Got a question. Do you need to do any preparation before put them into water? I've heard Granite countertop can generate some harmful radiation to human. I would think twice before I put any granite in my tank.

Radiation? Why would granite have radiation? Unless you're using pitchblende (Uranium). In my 30 years of being a geologist, I've never heard of that.

Sounds like a sales pitch from the guys trying to compete with granite countertops. Lol
