WCAS first meeting tonight: Can anyone take notes?

Hi All

The WCAS's first meeting is tonight. Is there anybody willing to take some notes and then post them here? Maybe someone who lives nearby and has a short commute?

I think that people who can't make it to the meeting would enjoy a glimpse of the meeting from a BCA-er's perspective.

I hope to be there but won't know until just before (as Alan is heading out of town this evening and we've got something else going on here).

Maybe worth wild if you got someone to video tape it then upload to youtube for viewing

We'd definitely love to share what we are doing at our meetings but we also do have to be sure that our speakers are okay with us posting their talks on the web- I know some prefer not to do that. I'd just request that if anyone does want to videotape it and post it, that they check with us so we can confirm if our speaker is ok with that.

We are also going to look at recording them a bit more officially in the future so if there is anyone who is a good video editor out there we could definitely use the help.

Jen, I love to come but I still can't find a baby-sitter tonight so looks like I will be missing your first meeting.

The one and only reason I will not be attending is that I am working to night. I plan to be a member, and plan to attend activities that may occur on the weekends. I am one of those trouble makers that works nights and can't attend meetings.
