you could try cranking the temp to 86 - 90 degrees for a few days. Depending on where you feel comfortable, and where they are right now. Increase aeration, and keep an eye on their comfort level.

It will probably take some time for them to settle into their new surroundings. The red at the base of the pectoral fins can show up occasionally after handling the discus and will clear on it's own in time. It can also be an indication of a bacterial infection though. My best guess looking at the photo is that it is physical damage. I would just monitor it carefully at this point.

Yeah they are pretty much back to normal. Have a little more trouble finding the food in the bigger tank but still eat just as much, just takes a little longer. Its been over a week and it hasn't got any worse and hes acting the same as all the rest color is good again so im assuming its just from thrashing around in the net when i moved him.

Awesome! Sounds like you are good. It can take quite a while for the red to disappear, sometimes months based on my experience but it will eventually clear.

April update. Not too much has changed other than their color. The color enhancing worms has made a pretty big difference. Other than that business as usual.

Nice! Looks like the reds are starting to come in and they appear to be a good size too!

May update: stil trucking along. Pulled the biggest one out to measure and he's at about 5 1/4". Blue is starting to come in a little at a time. Might try and swap background colors to try and bring it out some more.

June update. Still trucking along. It's summer so we are camping a lot so most weekends they don't get fed but it hasn't seemed to affect them much still growing a little. That's about it just feeding and water changes.

At this size and age a couple days without food won't harm them. The group is looking great! Keep it up.
