When and how do you decide someone must be a sponsor? I know some people that were told they had to be a sponsor, and yet there are people on this site who have sites of there own. Upon visiting these sites you quickly see that they export/import and also ship to people, yet they are not forced to be sponsors. We realize some people are not aware of our sponsor thing happening, and then others try to get past it.

We are all for protecting the integrity of our sponsors and hope that everyone follows the rules. If someone is on BCA to make profit from buying/selling then to me that's a business and should pay for the services we offer here.

Again there are gray areas so thus why we do on case by case..
