I have a 10 gallon tank that I'm planning on putting dirt as a bottom layer and sand as a top layer. I don't want it too be overly complicated, so wanting to stick to low light and no CO2.
My main question is what are the easiest plants I can have in my tank. Im interesting in those carpeting...
I'm currently a month into restocking my 45gal tank (rectangle shaped - 3ft long, 2ft high, and 1ft deep). It's heavily planted with driftwood and rocks. The substrate is flourite and sand. The tank is filtered by two Aquaclear 200s.

- 5 or 6 cories
- 6+ school of tetras (not the small ones or nippy ones)
- mollies, or swordtails or platties
- shrimp for algae eating
