If you buy a fish from our store and it dies within 30 days, please bring the following with you to the store for replacement or credit:
Please note that we cannot replace or credit fish without all the things listed above. For water samples, please ensure it is separate from the body of the fish, so we can make sure our water testing is accurate for you. We also cannot replace deceased or injured fish due to aggression from your existing tank inhabitants, as we cannot guarantee compatibility between fish. If you buy a fish from us that starts bullying your existing fish, please call us and we can figure something out for you
even Neon Tetras can be bossy, there's always one fish in a group that likes to create trouble sometimes!
