I've contacted Shawn as a high priority regarding this. It's DEFINITELY a glitch and not deliberately anything whatsoever against her. I've never seen anything like this, so even not knowing her myself, I'm very interested in what happened.

Hopefully we can resolve this as soon as possible.

last time someone contacted me with the same problem, it turned out they hadn't completed registration process with conformation email after they signed up. Dunno if this is the same problem , but thought I'd throw it out there
