Covid killed the meetings and nobody has had any events that I have heard of.

 

Thats so sad to hear. I will keep dreaming for a revival of the aquarium hobby and events related to it here in BC

 

Well there was that store event and meet and greet recently with Cory McElroy at April's. I saw a familiar face or two there and met new people that I'm planning on getting together to talk fish with at some point.

 

There some stuff over on Van isle if you are willing to take the ferry to Victoria, if you look up The Greater Victoria Aquaria Society you should find their FB group. Monthly meets but I havent been to see what they are actually like... Really wish there were more convention style events to explore here in Van though....

 

An auction would be nice.

 

An auction would be good fun, getting to walk around and see the livestock and plants that people are proud of breeding in person instead of via little photos on here.

 

I'm having trouble finding their actual FB group. Only seeing a couple posts shared from other places that reference the club.
