I don't know if these light are great for aquariums as they are meant for businesses and warehouses. But I'm not sure you can go wrong with 400W for $175! They look just as good as any light meant for an aquarium anyway

Those are 4x54W T5HO fixtures for $175. Not a bad price for what you're getting (no individual reflectors, cheap ballast and no cooling fans) but it won't be anywhere near a 400w MH system in terms of plant/coral growth.
