My fish room has dropped in temperature as whole building have no heat until tomorrow. It's gradually gone down over weeks as summer faded to now 67F.
Other then slow their metabolism are their any health problems that low water temp can cause?

It depends on the species. 67F is temporarily tolerable for most. Much lower temperatures, or a substained period of time at that level would be bad news for many.
