Firstly I should say hello, i've been reading the forum for a little while now but figured I should get on and chat soon. I haven't kept an aquarium for nearly 10 years now and am itching to have another one now.

I would really like to find another dragon goby as the one I had was by far my favourite. He was over 12" and would eat out of my hand. I haven't seen any available here (Kamloops) as our supply is very limited, but I was wondering if anyone here knew of where one might be found?

We had one a long time ago too. Petsmart used to sell them, I'm not sure if they still do though.

Due to their needs they are not readily imported. They are brackish and often do not feed, probably due to handling.

They have them all the time at the North Vancouver pet store called "Pet Boutique" I'm not sure if he ships though. They are listed in the phone book, give them a call.

If you have a Petcetera up there then talk to them they may be able to order one for you. I have one in my brackish tank and he eats well and is really healthy. The big mistake people make is that they don't keep them in brackish water and assume they are monsters cause of their big mouths where they are really just scavengers. They need a place to hide like a cave and with mine I direct feed him in his cave.

I seen one at my lfs and it must have been at least 16" long. Looked just like a dragon.
