exterminator + fishtanks

I didn't know where exactly to post this so sorry if it's in the wrong spot.
I live in an older rancher and this morning I saw a bunch of wasps swarming into my addict in different spots  YIKES!
I'll have to call the landlord and hope he'll call in an exterminator. But what about my tanks? Should I unplug pumps and filters or should I see about moving all fish over to a friend's house, or....should I not worry about it at all??
any opinions? I don't have many expensive fish, but that's not the point...

wasp nests are poisoned locally with a powder or spray... as long as they are not within a few feet from the fishtank, you're all good.
when they came in to do my building for bed bugs (and might I add they found nothing) They tell you to turn off the pumps and cover the tops of them. I just used mattress plastic wrap and taped around the outside of the glass.
thanks, that's good to hear. I was a little worried, But I guess I just call the landlord and get it all taken care of. thanks guys :)

they did that to me when i lived in new west and never even did a perimeter treatment for prevention.. i was furious after all the work we had to do bagging everything
Hey yah I had it happen twice and they never did any treatment. It is way to much work. But I rather enjoy unpacking things lol.

Ok I have been through this myself.
If they are gassing the place, wrap the tank with plastic and seal it. Take as much air line as you need and a good strong air pump and put outside. this will allow fresh air and the the posetive pressure should keep out the poison.
poke a few small hole to allow for air to escape.
