This a Chinese made PCF light. It was working before I put it in storage 2 years ago. Now it won't turn on. I also have (4 )- straight pins 96W Bulbs (used for 1 season). Anyone know how to fix it can come to pick them up in Burnaby. first come first serve. No hold.
