fs: 10 pound Metal Co2 tank and Regulator with Solenoid

I have a 10 Pound Metal Co2 tank with a older Regulator and Solenoid. I had DBC Marine make the tank with a used Metal tank and a new Valve. It's Hydro test date is March 2012 when I had them put together the tank. The Regulator says Simgo on the gauges but not sure if that is the make. Asking $130 OBO.
