So I have been experimenting with dry starting tanks. I found the hardest part and most time consuming was to get a full carpet going.
For anyone looking for a new 10G setup... this will save you the hassle. Add whatever you want to it :) Add a driftwood and BAM.. its a nice looking shrimp tank.

FS:
Perfect condition 10G Aquarium
ADA Aquasoil 3" Substrate (new version)
Full HC Carpet (hundred dollars worth)
Programmable LED light (National geographic).. very bright.

All yours for $200 FIRM. Easy to carry. It looks exactly like in photo.. still never filled with water. HC carpet has spread out across whole tank.
Sold as package.

The tank:
Rectangle Wood Gas Automotive exterior Glass

Growing the carpet emersed:
Sky Plant Rectangle Automotive exterior Shade

Looks like this now:
Sky Plant Leaf Tree Rectangle

To be honest I'll be surprised if someone bought this at $200. You might still have a hard time selling it at $100 I would say.

Knew I wasn't the only one.

Maybe you can bring it to the auction and see what the market value for it is.
