20 gallon long purchased in 2011. Held water until I upgraded last week. Has a painted rear panel in krylon fusion black. No to very few light scratches that I can recall. Silicone in good condition with some wear after being scrubbed and nipped by algae magnets over the years. Photo below after cleaning with some water drops and condensation.
