I have an AC 70 and the older AC 300 both the same size filters for sale $30 each. Also the large size sponge filters $5 each.

These extra filters are just push on style over the inlet pickup tube I believe, so if there not used the AC70 or older style 300 are completely stock. The filters are great add on idea to prevent fry from getting sucked into the filtration.

No mods done to the filters. It just looks that way. Just a plain jane AC 70 and a plain jane AC 300. Same filter just the ac300 is the older version. Both run and both are great.
