Had this sand in my freshwater planted tank for years, where it gave me excellent plant growth. Selling as much (up to 50 lbs.) or as little (down to 5lbs.) as you want. 40¢/lb.

If you're looking for sand, this is a great deal not just because of the price, but because all of the fine dust that clouded my tank for days when I first set it up is long gone.

I'm located in East Vancouver at about 19th and Victoria. You can email me at [email protected] to setup a time to come and get it.

Please bring a container large enough to hold whatever quantity of sand you're buying, because I am fresh out!

Bump. Don't let this opportunity slip through your fingers like. . . time. . . like. . . damn, there's a metaphor for this! It's right on the tip of my tongue.

Anyway, I'm sure it'll come to me.

Yes I did, to be honest. There was often algae growing on the surface of the sand. However, I also had quite a few Malaysian trumpet snails that would come out at night and eat trails through it.
