I've had this filter for a while, it's about 1.5 years old, I'm the 2nd owner. It's in fairly good shape, I've kept the rubber seals maintained with silicone grease. Comes with all media, black bio sponge, 8 mechanical foams, a bag of filter floss, and bio media.
