They measure 10cm X 10cm or 4" x 4". Super healthy, very green and lush.

what kind of lighting does this require? I have plant supplements and lights but no co2

Hmm I'm using a 36W coral life PC light and its growing fine. If you don't have co2 you can just float it and it grows great. Its currently in my shrimp tanks.
