I had those filters up and running on my 55g for 6 months, got them brand new. The extendable intake made them super efficient at keeping the tank clean. Worked extremely well for hob filters, I was impressed ... I had to downgrade my tanks. I only have 2 20g longs now. So I don't want to go bigger than a 50...
