From that pic, I'd like to say it's a Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps, but I'm sure AWW will be along at any minute now to tell me it's an L001.
Don't quote me on it, but I'm pretty sure is the Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps or what is commonly called a Sailfin pleco. Hope your tank is a pretty good size, as mine grow in just over a foot in 3 years.
No problem for quite a while then. They tend to get a bit aggressive when they get larger. My Gibbey fought with my Chocolate cichlids all the time when it got to be a foot, usually over food. They're very active compared to most other plecos, so I think you'll really enjoy it. Pretty good algae eater when small (< 8" or so) too.
