On the main page scroll down to the Classifieds Section. Click on the appropriate place that you want to post your ad (eg; 'Freshwater Livestock Classifieds' , 'Marine Equipment Classifieds' , etc). On the left side, approx half way down the page you will see a red box that says +Post New Thread. Click on it and you're good to go.
