im looking for tanks that are within the range of 20-30 gallons.

does any company make tanks that are 30x12x16? any recommendations?

if i dont find one from here, i no choice but to buy a new one.

I have a 29 gallon setup with a stand that I'd sell you, it's just what you're looking for in terms of dimensions. I have filters, lighting, a heater, air pump setup, substrate, etc... The stand is a stacker type, and I could throw in a 10 gallon tank if you'd like.
