May want to check your local fish store; more specifically the sponsors on this forum. They tend to carry more variety selection of fish. Best part is you get to look at what you want.

I'm with Ming, go check out Fantasy Aquatic. Last time I was there they had a tankful of the rasboaras that you are looking for, tetras I haven't seen anywhere else in Vancouver and the black chin live bearers are very cool too

small community fish - coral red pencil, apistogramma panduro, pygme cory, marble hatchet, cardinal tetra...
medium community fish - bleeding heart, apistogramma sunset, rummynose, angels...
