Fish addicts in Langley just got a shipment in. I think they have some neon dwarf rainbows. Maybe give them a call to check

Noah's Pet Arc usually has dwarf rainbows, and April's and Canadian Aquatics brings them in regularly too; April might have some right now.

Yup April has threadfin rainbows and fish addicts have dwarf pearl rainbows.
