If it helps, some stores sell it by the scoop or by weight. I'm only aware of those in Vancouver though, not Langley ; )

oh! I'd love to just get a scoop or two! what stores do that? Vancouver is no problem for me to get to - it just means another excuse to stop and get Ramen for lunch
