As far as I know no one in Vancouver can now get any. I actually contacted Dan's blackworms in California to order frozen and they said that with winter in California and the long years of drought that they had they have stopped shipping live and even frozen black worms
Kind of sucks but my fish have managed to adapt to fdbw, earth worm pellets; beef heart pellets and frozen blood worms

You can try Graham at Noah's Pet Ark. I know that he used to have them regularly....not sure if he has them at this time.
