As the subject line says I need an XP 2 box. I picked up a second hand one in great shape all the parts except one of the clips on the box is broken which makes the filter not useable.

Is it just the clip that's broken? Or the actual box?

It's the bracket that holds the clip to the box. RENA / Filstar has them but I thought I would try BC Aquaria first just in case ... some has a case around.

Problem solved ...

Step 1: Used duct tape to clamp the box thanks to suggestion from the RENA supplier is US on their 1-800 number. This meant the filter was up and cycling for months while I waited for the replacement box to arrive at my cousin's place in Seattle

Step 2: Visited my cousin and picked up the box in Seattle

Step 3: Installed new box at home - mission accomplished
