Hi,

Been out of aquariums for a few years and looking to "slowly" get back into it. This may seem like a REALLY dumb question but any suggestions where to buy a stand for a 20g tall tank (24").

Looking online, larger (30, 36" and 48") stands are easy to find but petsmart seems to be the only place where they sell the 24", any other good options there?

I live in Langley but anywhere "reasonable" is fine. I do understand I can easily DYI my own stand (I've made many of them before) but just won't have the time for it this time.

Try a local thrift ship for a dresser, table, bookcase, or similar that suits your purpose and taste. You often can get some good SOLID WOOD stuff for a fraction of the cost of a new particle board job. Re-paint, if you wish, and it's as good (or better than) new.
