Naa depends on the turtles age and all that, 33 will last you a year

Yes, the little 2" guy will be happy in that tank for at least a year ! He can upsize next year...

Not undergravel. Of course not. I told him to go bare bottom w a underwater (aka interal, or submer.) Hob gets noisy if the tank is not full.
