Hey all, currently tankless but about to set up a small river tank (25ish G) which would be about my 7th-8th full set up over the past 25 years. Never had a tank for less than a year and i've had a couple for more than 3. You'll start seeing me posting across a bunch of forums looking for advice on LFS and equipment/setups/stocking. I've never done a river tank before and haven't set up a tank since I moved to BC. So please say hi and help a brother out, both BC and river tanks are a new world to me and I'm definitely looking for advice from the wiser ones among us

Check out the classifieds for used equipment on certain items, everyone I've ever met on BCA have been a pleasure to deal with, not only is this place a great resource, but the community is awesome, and we're lucky to have it be local.

Feel free to ask any questions about anything. I suppose I had a simple small 10g with a river like setup, that had hillstream loach and flat rounded rocks that I really enjoyed.

Welcome, Jadenewfie. I have never set up a river tank but look forward to seeing what you do with it. Will you have a sand bottom? Pebble?
