Ray import from hell

I have been importing fish for 5-6 years now, sometimes on my own, usually with others. So far I have been pretty lucky, especially given my focus on high end fish. To show you just how messed up an order can go check out the following:

Losses here run in the many thousands for sure, not to mention the stress

That sucks! Yep baby rays are more sensitive as inside the bag ammonia can easily built up and poison the ray.
