I was wondering which arowana is considered the smaller of the species? Of course googling is a great tool, but not always the best..

thx for your help.

Jaradini - they max out around 26'' in home aquaria. they will still need at least 180 gallon minimum to be kept for life.
I've seen a few Jardinis around 30" before kept in home aquarias but they were kept in 600+ gallon tanks. A LFS here had a 30+ incher in a 800 gallon L shape tank. It was the biggest Jardini I've ever seen in person.
