So My Question is a PH one...My GH is 40mg/L (0-60 is the soft Range) and my KH is 30mg/L - 20-80mg/l is associated with low ph on the Tester (nutrafin) but my PH stands at 7.2-7.4 and i cant move the thing(or so it feels...) Have almond leaves in there(though they are super old im not sure if that has a roll in them not working well) and old driftwood chunks...am i missing something to try pushing this down I am aiming for like a ph of 6-6.5 and I have Co2 on the tank too....Any advice...Tank was used for salt water once..>Could it be that there is some little pebbles holding this PH up in there?

Seachem Acid Buffer can lower the pH.. or use substrate that lower your pH such as fluval shrimp stratum. (That buffer effect only last few months that is.)
